
The LIDOS 100 (Oil) Automated Infrared Oil Analyzer conforms to HJ 637-2018 Water Quality – Determination of Petroleum Oils and Animal and Vegetable Oils – Infrared Spectrophotometry, using tetrachloroethylene as the extractant. It is designed for the analysis of petroleum oils and animal/vegetable oils in domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.
Based on standard manual laboratory principles, this fully automatic intelligent instrument integrates automatic identification, measurement, reagent injection, extraction, phase separation, dilution, and waste collection. It features intelligent over-range detection and automatic dilution. Equipped with waste gas and liquid recovery systems, it operates without a fume hood and requires no manual intervention during testing. Supporting direct extraction from sample bottles without sample transfer, it ensures high accuracy, efficiency, stability, and low reagent consumption in a wide range of applications.
The fully automatic infrared oil analyzer features full automation and high-precision measurement, improving water quality detection efficiency, reducing manual errors, and facilitating the intelligent upgrading of water quality supervision and pollution control.
